The Highway 74 EP is the debut release from Ryder, the UK born Synthwave producer. Bringing you a taste of the 80s inspired genre with a minimal and lo-fi yet polished sound. The single from the EP Highway 74 takes you on a retro journey of bubbling pads, distorted guitar leads and arpeggiated basslines that leaves you wanting more. The B-side Voyager has a driven feel heading to the more outrun part of the genre. With cars driving past from the start to then the lead synth line constantly building, thumping of the kick and snare just giving you adrenaline and energy in massive doses.
